Clinical pathway
Testicular Cancer
The EAU testicular (germ-cell) cancer pathway — from clinical suspicion through ultrasound, tumor markers and inguinal orchiectomy to histology (seminoma vs non-seminoma), CT/IGCCCG staging, and stage- and histology-directed treatment: Stage I/II seminoma (surveillance, carboplatin, radiotherapy, RPLND) and non-seminoma (surveillance, adjuvant PEB, primary RPLND, chemotherapy), advanced/metastatic disease by IGCCCG prognosis, post-chemotherapy restaging and residual-mass management, and relapse.
